There are four key components to the Piklife™ Program
1. What you eat
At Piklife™ Ltd, diet is a dirty word. We want you to enjoy food, so we provide you with a vast range of food choices, most of which you will be familiar with, that not only taste good, but fill you up.
2. Emotional wellness
When you are stressed your body stores extra fat and your overall state of wellness is affected negatively. To counteract this we include a series of five meditations CD’s to help you relax and de-stress
3. Your nutritional needs
If you want to feel great, to improve your lifestyle and live a longer healthier life, you need to supplement what you eat with nutritional supplementation that’s allows your body to function optimally.
4. Exercise
At Piklife™ Ltd, we work with you to determine how best to integrate exercise into your life, as this will help to improve you overall wellness. That may be walking or swimming, together with weight bearing exercise.
